Weiner & Cummings, P.A. has been in practice representing high net worth families in South Florida since 1989 and Therrel Baisden, LLP has been providing trust, estate and business counsel to a diverse domestic and international clientele in South Florida since 1925. The combined firm will continue operating under the name Therrel Baisden, LLP, with Nicholas M. Daniels, Jonathan Feuerman, Mark M. Hasner and Paul M. Cummings as the firm’s equity partners.
The merger combines two extraordinary law firms, similar in size and philosophy, and with complementary practice strengths and goals. Therrel Baisden, LLP will continue providing the highest level of personal service at rates that are unachievable at large law firms, while maintaining the intellectual depth, skill and professional experience required by the complexity of our clients’ needs.
Although both law firms have enjoyed great success for decades, the merger was strategic from a “succession planning” perspective, which is the cornerstone of both firms’ practices in representing high net worth families and their closely held businesses. As a result of the merger, our senior level partners and talented rising partners are positioned to continue providing sophisticated counsel to our clients, their children, and grandchildren.
