Lisa Daniels received her Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law in May of 2007. A member of the Entertainment and Sports Law Society and Miami Law Women, Ms. Daniels served as a Certified Legal Intern for the Miami-Dade County State Attorney’s Office in the Domestic Violence Unit. During her internship, she oversaw her own cases, making regular court appearances and negotiating plea deals.
Prior to attending law school, Ms. Daniels received her Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Florida State University and worked in public relations and marketing at a major Los Angeles radio station (KPWR Power 106). Throughout law school, she worked as a professional dancer, choreographing and performing with top Latin artists on major networks, such as Univision and Telefutura. Ms. Daniels currently stays active in the dance community as a board member of Momentum Dance Company.
Ms. Daniels also participates in the Dade County Bar Association’s “Put Something Back” program representing clients on a pro bono basis and is the recipient of the 2010 Pro Bono Probate Award.
