Take Interstate 95 (from the North or from the South) to the downtown exit - Biscayne Blvd./Miami Avenue; follow signs to Biscayne Boulevard North/SE 2nd Ave

Stay in far left lane - go through the first traffic light (at the bottom of the exit ramp) and cross over SE 2ndAve.

At the second traffic light, turn left onto SE 3rd Ave (heading north)

Go through the first traffic light (SE 2nd Street) and at the second traffic light take a right (onto SE 1st Street). Our office building, SunTrust International, is on the corner.

The entrance to the parking garage is on the left hand side about halfway down the block.
